Kris Carmello

Kris Carmello is the co-founder, lead singer, and guitarist for Wild Planes. Originally from New York, Kris established the band alongside drummer Andre Jevnik after the two met in a community college acting class. Known for his soulful voice and engaging stage presence, Kris's songwriting draws on his personal experiences, often focusing on relationships and heartbreak. As a versatile professional vocalist, Kris has worked with various artists and producers, including Ron Geffen and national artist Heidi Merrill. He is dedicated to bringing people together and creating an experience with music.

Andre Jevnik

Andre Jevnik is the co-founder and drummer of Wild Planes, known for his commanding sound and powerful rhythms that form the backbone of the band's energetic rock & roll. Hailing from New York, Andre is a seasoned musician with extensive stage and studio experience. Andre is a highly skilled drummer who was the runner-up in the Thomas Lang Big Drum Bonanza contest and has been praised by Modern Drummer Magazine. His versatile skills span multiple genres, and he has experience touring both nationally and internationally. He was also a member of the rock/pop band, which appeared on America's Got Talent. 

Don Prior

Don Prior provides the powerful, grounding rhythms on the bass guitar, completing the trio and defining the band's sound. While newer to the core founding members, his contribution is essential to the band's cohesive rock identity. Don provides the powerful rhythms that help set the trend for a new generation of rock lovers. As the bassist, he is the key anchor in the trio, ensuring the music hits hard and resonates with the audience during their performances, which have included major festivals like Rocklahoma and Sturgis.
